Water treatment coagulant generally refers to the PAC.
The determination of PAC dosing quantity:
1, the early data, generally have concentration on the set, requirements for what is added after the sewage water concentration of PAC.
2, according to the PAC role in the process to determine the dosing quantity. Such as municipal sewage tank import sheet with PAC, is phosphorus and help the SS to precipitate; Cooperate with PAM used together, have the effect of flocculant. Processing water quality concentration of PAC dosing quantity is different also.
3, if only is phosphorus, setting concentration in 6 mg/L ~ 20 mg/L range; If the water quality of COD, SS on the high side, so there are 800 PPM to 2000 PPM, but the dosing amount is too large, it is difficult to continue, general replace with decoloring agent;
4, PAC dosing, excessive can reduce the PH, increase the chromaticity, increase the sedimentation tank, causing excessive water suspended solids.
The use of polyaluminium chloride:
Dilution process: in the low turbidity water, the solid polyaluminium chloride products in accordance with 1:3 ratio after adding water dissolved into liquid, add 10 to 30 times more water to dilute into the required concentration after use.
Second, the initial dosing process: in the life, the production with sewage, with reference to every tons of sewage before adding the polyaluminium chloride products is about 30 g. Then after adding the dilution of polyacrylamide products, if the effect is not obvious, please take into consideration the decrease or increase the product dosing.
Special circumstances: in paper mill wastewater treatment, the proportion of low turbidity water configuration, such as the effect is not obvious, whether to add.
Three, under normal circumstances: raw water turbidity in 100-500 mg/L, the additive amount of 5-10 mg per one thousand tons of water volumes for 5 to 10 kg (before using the best according to the features of the water quality test, select the best value, then putting-in-service proactively).
